7am at Preston park and ride (exit 22 off I-90).

Gear needed will be determined based on conditions and communicated out to the group.  This trip is only open to Basic graduates and intermediate students/graduates.

  • A back pack (40 to 60 liters)

  • 6 straight gate carabiners
  • 2 locking carabiners
  • Large pear-shaped carabiner
  • Belay device
  • Climbing harness
  • Helmet
  • Chock pick (nut tool)
  • Rescue pulley
  • Fleece or puffy jacket
  • Rain jacket and full-zip rain pants
