TBD. Car camping at or near the TH Friday night is required. Leader will be car camping at Mineral Park CG along the Cascade River Road on Friday night. You may also want to car camp on Saturday night after the climb, depending on how late we finish and how tired you are.

This climb will re-open for online registration on Thursday July 24 at 7 AM for any interested students or graduates of the Mountaineer's Basic Climbing Course. Advanced leader permission is not required for registration, however, mentored leader will follow up to confirm you are physically prepared for this climb. Participants must be CONFIDENT they have the fitness necessary to complete this 1-2 day climb in ONE day, carrying a pack that contains all your personal climb gear, the 10 essentials, and some group gear. Total elevation gain is >7,000'. Plan for a 14-18 hour day. A good fitness benchmark for this trip would be the ability ascend 5,000 vertical feet on a steep trail, carrying 25 lbs, at a rate of 1200 vertical feet per hour.

Meredith Trainor is the mentored leader for this climb.  Please contact meredith.trainor@gmail.com if you have questions about this climb.
