Basic Alpine Climb - Dome Peak/Dome Glacier

We will climb Dome and Sinister Peaks. Intermediate and experienced basic graduates only. No early registration except for rope leads. Do not contact the leader until the climb has opened for registration.

We will camp at the trailhead the night before and get an early start on the long approach.  On day two we will climb Sinister Peak first and Dome Peak second.  On day three we will get an early start and hike back to the cars.  If the weather does no cooperate we will reschedule for the following weekend June 15-17, 2018.  The pace will be moderate.  This is a long difficult climb, all members of the party must be in excellent physical condition.  A detailed email will be sent out the Tuesday before the climb.
