5 pm Saturday June 16th at that Brickyard Park and Ride or at the trailhead Sunday 5 am. 

We will camp at the trailhead the night before and get an early start on the long approach.  For those who wish to drive over Sunday morning you need to be at the trailhead in time to start the approach at 5 a.m.

  • Mountain boots that can accept crampons (not hiking boots)
  • Crampons
  • An ice axe
  • A back pack (40 to 60 liters)
  • Webbing and accessory cords
  • Large pear-shaped carabiner
  • Climbing harness and hero loop to connect to a fixed line.
  • Helmet
