Basic Alpine Climb - Camp Muir & Anvil Rock
Winter Scrambling trip. Avalanche beacon, shovel, and probe required. Plan A = Camp Muir; Plan B = Silver Peak-Abiel Peak Traverse, and Plan C = Peak 5700, south or Kaleetan Peak. Register if you are comfortable with the above plan and are familiar with using your snowshoes and avalanche gear.

Before signing up, please read the following for the expectations of the group.
- Fitness Check: 4 miles up and 3200' gain (Mount Si) in 2 hours with 20% of body weight or 25 lbs max.
- The group shall agree to stay together at all times.
- All should carry a beacon, shovel, and probe. And, know how to use them. When traveling in the backcountry it is recommended to have these on you.
- The group shall agree to respect everyone's voice and veto.
- All participants shall agree to read the weather and avalanche forecast before the trip and be ready to discuss it as an equal participant.
