  • Very Strenuous
  • Challenging
  • Mileage: 16.0 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 5,085 ft
  • Pace: 1-2 mph

Time approximately 6:30 AM, Location TBD based on where people live.  Likely in North or West Seattle.

A special place to go and even more special place to spend the night.  We will take it slow and take alot of breaks.  After setting up camp we will explore the mountain, ridge, lake and lookout tower that evening and in the morning before heading down.  If all the backcountry spots are taken at Sourdough we will opt for another North Cascades trip: Thorton Lake, Fourth of July Pass or Monogram Lake.
