Kids Welcome
This is a gorgeous place to be and I am going to spend my vacation there. I am going there with my 9 years old son 2-3 days to explore the area, fly kites, do fishing, cooking, relaxing and so on. If we get bored after 2 days we may get back earlier but I plan it for 3 days just in case. First night on Monday evening we'll camp near the trailhead and the next two nights near Ingalls Lake. For those who are interested please send me description of your recent hikes and backpacks (including mileage, elevation gain, dates) that you've done recently and if you qualify I'll put you on the list. I may also increase the size of a group a little bit. I will be out of town this coming weekend from Friday evening till Sunday evening (going on backpacking) so I may not respond on time by e-mail but you will get my response on Sunday later evening/night so be ready for this trip if you believe that you can qualify. The sooner you contact me the better. This is 4.5 miles one way and 2,600 elevation gain hike to the lake and we will take it easy on Tuesday morning. More details will come soon...
