Set up camp at sparkling group of “pothole” lakes surrounded by massive basalt cliffs and waterfall. After lunch hike 3 miles RT up south canyon rim to views of Dusty Lake.

Day 2: Scramble/hike over the waterfall to the upper benches and meadows for a 3 mile RT with lunch at the old lime mine and superb views. Return to camp, break camp, hike out. On the drive home dinner at the Yellow Church Café in Ellensburg is optional but highly recommended.
