Meet at the Middle Fork trailhead parking lot at 5:50 am for meet and greet. Northwest Forest or America the Beautiful pass is required.
Plan on shoes hitting trail no later than 6 am.
The route will follow the Snoqualmie river up 6 miles where we'll turn around and return to the trailhead. Plan for soft, bouncy and muddy trail.

It could be wet and muddy, I'd suggest bringing an extra pair of socks and shoes to change into after the run.
Ready to run spirit & smile is a prerequisite for this run!
