This is Saint Helens in October so be prepared for all seasons.

We will start at the windy ridge parking lot, head up into the plains of Abraham where we will pick up the Loowit trail to take over Windy Pass and on to the falls. From there we'll pick our way back to the cars.

rough sketch of the route here

Bring micro spikes.

Note, that there is one good water source on this route (the Oasis).

The pace for this run is going to be relaxed, where we will power hike the hills and run on the flats and downhills. Hopefully the views will be such that we will also be stopping for lots of photos. The trail plays long, so expect it to take a little longer than normal.

Please ask for permission to sign up if I have not run with you before. Also email if you want to come but are having system issues.
