Alpine Scramble - Townsend Mountain (Barclay Lake Trail)

This scramble will be via Eagle Creek (not Barclay Lake) - 7 mi / 2700' gain (S2-T2). This trip is part of the Everett branch Scrambling Reunion event - participants will be departing in the morning from Stevens Lodge, and the time of arrival at the trailhead cannot be predicted - so may not be suitable for members not staying at the lodge; however, signup will open to all members on 9/18.

Participants will be departing in the morning from Stevens Lodge - the time of arrival at the Eagle Creek trailhead cannot be predicted.  If you join this trip not being part of the Reunion at the lodge, meet at the Skykomish Ranger Station - be there by 9:00am.  You may have to wait a while if we are delayed closing up the lodge.
