Various P&Rs to accommodate attendees, then 7AM at the Dry Falls parking area (end of the drivable portion of the west side road).
(this trip is an alternate for a Tamanos/Banshee traverse rendered non-doable by the closure of the White River Road due to the Norse Peak forest fire). A beautiful and strenuous trip of ~6000' and ~18 miles. Will take the Round Pass connector trail to reach the South Puyallup Camp intersection with the Wonderland Trail, then follow the Wonderland Trail north until traveling cross country to reach Andrew and Tokaloo Rock. On return we will visit St. Andrews Park/Lake and Klapatchee Park before descending to the West Side Road for the final hike back. Photos from past trips can be seen here.
