To give an idea on the pace:

1.Uphill: We will do about 700-1000 feet on trail an hour  / 500-700 feet on scramble terrain

2. Downhill: we will do about 1000 -1200 feet an hour on trail/ 500-700 feet an hour on scramble terrain

We will hike the OwyHigh lake trails for about 4 miles, before we go off trail for 1-2 miles to climb Governors Ridge (the technical one of the lot), then hike about 2-3 miles to climb Buell peak. Hike back - climb Barrier peak and scramble down to Owyhigh lake trails

It should be a hot day, with very minimal water sources. So please bring extra water
