Silver Peak

Alpine Scramble - Silver Peak

This will be an easier snow scramble near Snoqualmie Pass. Our goal is to get up onto Silver Lining to take in the incredible views. This is a knob that rises above the junction of the east and west bowl and looks straight onto Silver headwall!

TBD along I-90 east of Bellevue with the goal to be hiking by 3:00pm. Email will go out to participants 2 days before scramble.

This will be an afternoon/early evening scramble to a great view spot that will first accommodate any scramble students who still need to complete a snow scramble for graduation, so please make that request to the leader, Karen, prior to May 22 if you are one of those people who would like to go on this scramble.  After that date, the scramble will open to all. Although the plan is to finish with some daylight, all participants should have fully charged headlamps, spare batteries, and be comfortable using headlamps before the outing.
