Trip

Alpine Scramble - Sherpani Peak

Sherpani is the unofficial name of Pt. 6564, two summits north of Paddy-go-easy Pass, east of the Cle Elum River. It offers good views of the middle Cascade peaks.

  • Moderate
  • Mileage: 8.0 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 3,600 ft

To be arranged

Much of the elevation will be gained on trail. Once we leave the trail, however, the trip will be exploratory in nature, with considerable route finding through unfamiliar terrain. If the Scatter Creek ford on the access road is impassible we’ll go to an alternate destination.  Experienced scramblers should feel free to contact me (richard.d.burt@gmail.com) for one of the leader positions.
