This is a challenging trip into the unknown! We will ford the Middle Fork Snoqualmie River, which is knee high at this time of the year and will save us 2-3 hrs on the approach. But, bring water shoes and trekking poles since the river rocks are slippery. This will likely be a long and strenuous day. (think headlamps!).
Folks who were listed on the first iteration of this trip, no need to ask permission again.
Meet at Pratt River Bar trailhead, 0600. This is a small, unlabelled parking area just inside the National Forest part of the middle fork road. There is a bathroom on the opposite side of the road, and a notice board saying "Pratt Bar" a little way down the trail to the river. It's around 6.3 miles east of the Mailbox parking lot.
