7:30 AM at Marblemount Ranger Station
A strenuous trip in the heart of the North Cascades. This trip is 100% off trail - 7 miles round trip, 5600' elevation gain. (We are NOT taking the 17 mile route shown on the RIGHT)

ROUTE: We'll start from highway 20, just west of Horsetail Creek (about 2.8 miles past Colonial Creek CG), and before the gate at MP 134.

GEAR: Ice axe required. Snowshoes and/or crampons may be required. Destination may change if conditions warrant.
