There is some great glissading on this trip so don't forget to bring your rain pants and of course your ice axe and helmet. This trip is quite strenuous so bring plenty of food and water to power your ascent! You must be confident in self-arrest techniques and plunge-stepping in order to succeed and have fun doing this trip.
