Turn right (south) on 436th Avenue SE (Cedar Falls Road SE) and drive about 4 miles to the well-developed Rattlesnake Lake parking area on the right. Meeting time: 6:00pm Planned route: A few hundreds yards past the northernmost switchback, just past the 0.5 mile marker attached to a tree, locate a cliff about 50 yards uphill. Find a faint bootpath up to the cliff. Keep the cliff to the right and follow the couloir up to the ridge between the lower and upper balconies. Follow the bootpath and inclined slabs up the the lower balcony.
