We will hopefully be able to summit using the alternate route.

Seven miles round trip with 3,000 feet of elevation gain, The Purcell Lookout Trail (No. 285) is shorter and brushy option that switchbacks  up from Forest Road 63.

Please read this report and do a little research before signing up.  Notice the part regarding the river crossing.  We will take precautions, but be ready for this.

Trip subject to decent weather and conditions.  An alternate may or may not be offered.
