Alpine Scramble - Old Baldy Mountain

Starting hiking at 8AM

Do not under-estimate the mileage and elevation gain. The approach goes via an un-maintained trail to an open vegetation area, before getting on snow and then to the ridge

As always in my trips, come prepared to help with navigation and move in a brisk pace (800-1000 feet an hour uphill and 1500feet an hour downhill, in scramble terrain)
