This trip is intended for scramble students who complete the Experience field trip on Saturday and who stay over for the BBQ Saturday night and are hungry to do a scramble on Sunday before heading home. However, it is also open to any other scrambler too.
Most of the trip is on trails. We hike on trails for about 4.5 miles and then only scramble for the last 3/4 mile to the summit. We gain about 4100 feet, fairly gently and continuously.
