NEW MEETING TIME! It's conditioner Wednesdays. This is a conditioner scramble! Phase III: Putting it all together: Strength + Aerobic + Endurance

  • Technical 3, Strenuous 3, Basic Alpine Climb
  • Challenging
  • Mileage: 6.0 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 3,200 ft

Meet at Mud Bay Park & Ride (Olympia, 98502) at 12:30 pm.

I plan on driving and can accommodate 4 passengers.

You can also meet us at the trailhead at 14:00 (2:00 pm). If you plan on meeting us at the trailhead, please make sure to let me know.

Promptness is required; I don't wait that long.

WARNING: Strenuous Conditioner Scramble

The pace will be dependent on participants; I'm hoping somewhere between moderate and strenuous. Moderate would be defined as 60% of maximum heart rate, and strenuous as 80% of maximum heart rate. As a conditioner, we should break a sweat, and be in zone 3 for heart rate.

Phase-III is about strength + aerobic + endurance training.
