Alpine Scramble - Mount Si Main Trail

The main purpose is a conditioning hike for Everett Scramble Students.

Let's meet at the trailhead at 7am - ready to go by 7:15am.      [Discovery pass required at TH]

 Are we ready for Scrambling?   Let's find out :)     The goal for this trip is to set a pace that will allow us to reach the summit of Si in 2 1/2 hours with 25lb packs with a few short breaks.  We will plan on staying together as a group.  [ If this is a first hike in new boots - plan ahead and bring blister prevention  /treatment ].    Would highly recommend bottles of water [I carry 2 litter bottles] to add weight to your packs to reach the 25lbs, as this will allow easier weight adjustments.   We can practice our knots during the summit break :)
