7:45 AM at alpental/snow lake trail head
roosevelt is great trip. fun off-trail section after gem lake leads to a cool summit. although there is an exposed section of steep heather and such, i think it is pretty easy(but exposed) when dry. if the weather turns bad(the current weather report looks great), i will change our destination. if you have trouble with exposure, this trip is not for you. otherwise, bring your cameras :>) USGS Quadrangle(s): Snoqualmie Pass Driving Instructions: I-90 to exit #52.
