Priority for Everrett Scramble Community/Those staying at Baker lodge for the scramble reunion weekend August 8-10. Open to others only if slots not filled as of August 1.
Please know the route/your comfort level. The scramble portion of this route is on the shorter side, but can be loose rock/scree/choss. If we are fast, we may do a side trip to Winchester Fire lookout. Really amazing area with great views.
Twin Lakes Road is very steep and narrow, we may opt to start at Yellow Aster trailhead if we do not have enough cars capable of going to the top of the road which adds approximately 2000 feet of climbing. If raining, we will opt for an alternate trip as this is not a safe route if wet.
Meet at Baker Lodge for those staying, twin lakes road entrance, or trailhead - time TBD closer to.
