minimum fitness requirement: you must have done at least one trip already this year with more than 5000' gain!  you must be in shape to do this trip! 

* for all our climbs, if we do not change its date or destination (both possibilities are always on the table), one important note to make clear - we are very pragmatic with regard to weather. if the forecast is not favorable, we will either change destinations at the last minute or cancel the trip.
