Alpine Scramble - Mount Ann

Easy three-day backpacking scramble to climb both Mt Ann and Mt Annette. Both nights we will camp at Lake Ann, at the foot of Mt Shuksan.

Ash Way Park and Ride lot in Lynnwood, 9:00 am.

Day one: drive to the town of Glacier, eat pizza at Chair Nine, then drive to the trail head near Artist Point.  Hike 4.0 miles (1000 feet of gain) to Lake Ann and set up camp. 

Day two:  scramble to the top of Mt Ann and Mt Annette. 5 miles round trip, 2000 feet of gain. Camp at Lake Ann.

Day three: break camp, hike back to the cars. Stop for lunch in the town of Glacier. Drive home.
