a little late breaking news:
on wednesday 7/25/07 i'm leading a scramble up mt adams. sign up online or through the clubhouse. this is a big mt :>) the weather report looks good. if you are in great shape and can get the time off, this should be a blast. we will drive down tuesday night and start early wednesday morning. crampons recommended, ice axe required.

Mount Adams via south spur, 12276' (5-4) (USGS Mt. Adams East & West) 14 miles, 6600' gain. Crampons RECOMMENDED, Helmet Required. Call leader for details. (Permit, $10.00 each, must be obtained from the Mt Adams RS in Trout Lake.)
