You must be in excellent condition for this trip. Pace will not be fast - there is a lot of up and down but we will try to maintain 2 mph with brief stops. Expect a very long day with a very early start at dawn from the Sunrise Visitor Center parking lot. Consider camping at White River campground the night before trip. We may be hiking out after dark.
