Beverly Creek Bridge at 7 am.  More details later.

We will be doing Iron via the South Ridge route.   We will start up the ridge just after the Beverly Creek Bridge and run it all the way to the summit, which means that the vast majority of this scramble will be off trail.

It's going to be pretty hot out there, which is why we're getting such an early start.  Also, there is no water on route until we drop down off the other side of the peak so you will need to bring plenty of water and prehydrate.

I will be bringing my dog, Theo, who does scrambles with me pretty much every week.  He is great with adults and other dogs.  You are welcome to bring your dog provided it a) is people and dog friendly, b) has great recall, and c) has the stamina for this type of trip.  Also, if you plan on bringing your dog you need to let me know ahead of time.
