Bonney Lake Park and Ride  located at 9201 Sky Island Dr E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391 at 630 am.

This will be an attempt to reach Tolmie Peak via the Boundary trail.  We will take the Boundary trail to near Virginia peak and then leave it passing over Virginia peak and then heading towards Berry peak.  We will pass over Berry peak and head towards Eunice lake.  After Berry peak route conditions are an unknown.  We will attempt to follow best terrain but if we encounter anything to insurmountable we may turn around due to lack of daylight.   This trip will be a brush bash in places and does have a few steep slick sections that I know of on the way over to Berry peak.  Total trip distanced as mapped is right around 8 miles round trip.  This distance may increase if the party votes to take the maintained trail back to Mowich lake and then walk the road back to where we parked the cars at.   Participants should be comfortable with off trail travel and be prepared to assist in navigation and decision making.

Please see this map for route details.

Is this trip doable as planned?  No idea.

Will it be fun? Most certainly so.
