  • Strenuous 3, Technical 4
  • Moderate
  • Mileage: 8.0 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 3,800 ft

Granite Mountain trailhead parking 4.30pm

Pace: Please expect to move at about 1700-2000 feet an hour (uphill) and same elevation drop downhill. Hiking down quick is a must as I would prefer not to be hiking down in the dark

This will be like a conditioning hike and a technical rock section of scramble to the end. This will also count for Rock credit -if students need credit and we will be moving at a brisk pace, but will not leave anyone behind.

Headlamps and helmets a must. Good attitude and smiles a must
