This activity is part of the Everett Scramble Weekend at our Mt Baker Lodge. Multiple scrambles will be offered Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

At this point, priority is given to folks who plan to stay at the Mount Baker Lodge for Friday night.

This is a trip to the East peak of Goat mountain (not West peak). East peak is further and requires much more route finding and off-trail travel (potentially through snow, brush, heather, etc). Participants are expected to participate in route findings, to be able to move efficiently through different terrains, and to be able to handle long trip with big elevation gain.

We will leave from Baker lodge.

Meeting place: Inside Baker lodge

Meeting time: 8:00AM

Please read the trip report here and familiarize yourself with the route: https://www.peakbagger.com/climber/ascent.aspx?aid=2522305

The main objective is the east peak. If we have time and the group agrees, we can also attempt west peak. Here is an option to go from east peak to west peak https://www.peakbagger.com/climber/ascent.aspx?aid=2017177. We will discuss as a group as what to do.
