Alpine Scramble - French Cabin Mountain/West Peak

This is a nice viewpoint between Kachess and Cle Elum Lakes. It's mostly trail, with some rock scrambling at the end; probably not enough snow for snow credit, though.

Traveler's Rest at Snoqualmie Pass at 8:00 am

Although most of the distance is on trail, there are likely to be a stream crossing or two that will need to be waded, so bring sandals or water shoes.  This should be a good time for spring flowers in this area.  I haven't done this peak, but reports are that it is a fairly easy scramble.
