Mowich Lake at 8:00 am.
The Mowich Lake Road is scheduled to open the day before this trip, so I'll need to verify a couple of days before that the road really will be open. In the unlikely event that the road is still closed, I'll come up with a different destination.
The plan is to hike in to Spray Park, climb Hessong Rock and Mt. Pleasant, and then continue around to Knapsack Pass, crossing from east to west. From there we can climb either Fay Peak or First Mother Mountain or both, then descend back to Mowich Lake.
Hessong Rock has 2 routes, we may take one up and one down.
At this point, I expect there will still be enough snow to require ice axes. If there are people who still need credit for a snow scramble, there should be enough snow, even if we have to detour a bit to find it.
