Expect to take an early ferry with a last bathroom stop in Port Angeles (sometimes the Ranger Station is locked up). Expect to leave from trailhead at 8:30am.
Weather permiting, great Olympics views (Bailey Range, Mount Olympus, Strait of Juan De Fuca, Victoria). Listed as scramble due to possibility of snow on upper parts of trail and strenuousness (~5000' and ~12 miles). Expect to stop for dinner on the way home due to the ferry back causing a late arrival home.
