  • Elevation Gain: 4,100 ft
  • Pace: 2.5mph

We will do the exposed scramble route to Dewey and not the technical rock climbing route.

The exposed scramble like - climb section itself is about 20-30 feet and should be blocky for hand holds. Down climbing without assistance could be risky  and hence considering the nature of the trip - we might opt to down climb the entire section or rappel the entire section - depending on participant comfort levels.

Leaders permission required for recent rock climbs / exposed scrambles you've been on. Preference to Rainier 100 chasers and participants who have done basic climbing / intermediate climbing

After Dewey- There are two options 1) head to Seymour 2) head to Tathlum - we will decide after the climb
