This is a long 13+ hour day, and a lot of elevation gain.
Here's our approximate route.

- Helmet
- Ice axe
- Harness (such as a webbing harness tied with a water knot)
- Locking carabiner (or 2 nonlockers)
- Cord loop (for a klemheist or prusik)
- NW Forest Pass for each vehicle (not a Discover Pass)

We'll only do this trip if there's no rain in the forecast...if the trip is canceled due to weather then there won't be an alternate destination.

When to meet:
We'll leave the cars and start hiking @ 6:30am
