7am meet time - Kautz Creek trailhead
Olympia carpool will be 5:30am from Martin Way Park and Ride (I-5 exit 109)
Hike up Kautz Creek to Indian Henry's and then scramble from Indian Henry's up to the two peaks. I anticipate snow above Indian Henry's thus I will consider this a snow scramble.
I go at a moderate pace - around 1,000 ft/hr. Fast enough to keep the heart pumping, but not so fast that we can't talk to each other or take breaks as needed.
Open to all scramble students and graduates from all branches.
The scramble itself is exploratory but I have been on the Wonderland up at Indian Henry's and this is truly one of the most beautiful areas of Mt. Rainier National Park.
