Extensive notes; please read all. (Click on “MORE”.)

This destination involves an easy hike, followed by a short steep scramble up boulders that have significant exposure. The boulders are relatively solid.

The trip is part of the Everett Scramble Reunion at Mt Baker Lodge, which is primarily an Everett branch activity, but members of all branches are welcome to join.  Everett branch members staying at Baker Lodge have priority for this trip through August 24.  Starting Aug 25, members of other branches staying at Baker Lodge are welcome to register for this trip.

Staying at the lodge costs $50 for Saturday night (Sept 14). If you wish to also stay Fri night, the cost is $30. If you plan to stay at the lodge, it’s essential to register for the lodge along with registering for the scramble – this will not only ensure you get a bunk, but also to ensure there is a minimum quota of lodge guests registered (to ensure the lodge will be open for the weekend and that all the weekend scrambling trips can occur). To register for staying at the lodge, please see Activities > Lodge Reservations > Baker Lodge. (If your plans change, you can cancel your lodge reservation for a full refund.)

The trip starts and ends at Baker Lodge.  Start time will be selected to match with the time that breakfast is served at the lodge, and members not staying at the lodge may not be able to carpool because of this.  These factors may not be ideal for members not staying at the lodge.  Starting Sept 1, members not staying at the lodge may register.
