Alpine Scramble - Chutla & Eagle Peaks

A scramble up two peaks in Tatoosh range. If weather cooperates, we should have a nice view of Mt Rainier

Longmire Visitor Center at 8am

We will hike the trail to Eagle - Chutla saddle and then scramble Eagle peak first. After getting down the saddle, we will assess group energy levels and decide if we continue up Chutla Peak as well.

Participants of my cancelled Cowlitz Rocks scramble have a priority until registration opens.

We will follow Mountaineers Covid-19 Code of Conduct during the trip.
