This will be a very strenuous trip that requires participants to move efficiently on all terrains. Please only sign up if you have been doing strenuous scrambles regularly (12+ miles and 4000ft+ vertical gain). The leader(s) may remove participants if their activities don't show many recent strenuous trips.
