Alpine Scramble - Camp Muir & Anvil Rock

Yet another conditioner, and acclimatization. Goal is to reach Camp Muir, with possible detour to Anvil Rock, and have enough time to hang out at 3,000+ meters (10,000+ feet).

Meet at 06:00 am at the Martin Way Park and Ride in Lacey.


Meet at Paradise at 8:00 am.

Priority to participants listed for [any] Mount Adams trip --must be on some Mount Adams roster.

Will open up remaining spots to anyone who has successfully reached Camp Muir in the last 6 months.

This will be a long day, as the goal is to spend some (hours?) at Camp Muir for acclimatization in preparation for Mount Adams.

Weather conditions may change options:

(Chances are it will be a beautiful clear sky day. Regardless of weather, I'd like to do something within the groups comfort range. The degree of fog conditions will be most influential in which option is chosen.)
