Martin Way Park and Ride 630am on 4/15/17.

Leader's permission required. This is a alpine winter scramble designed to be a conditioner for Olympia Basic Climbing students that are wanting to get on the MT Rainier glacier climb. A prerequisite for the Rainier climb is to complete a Camp Muir trip with a leader from the Rainier trip. This is a good chance for you to see how you do at altitude and how much you enjoy winter camping. Although there is a limited number of spot on the Rainier climb I encourage everyone to signup for one of our training climbs to Muir, we will be doing at least four of them.
