8:30 AM at Denny Creek TH
This is a wonderful classic near Snoqualmie Pass. Students are welcomed! We will take an honest moderate pace, but still take in the sights along the way. The trip starts with a hike up to Hemlock Pass, which is where the scramble begins. From there we will do a combination of bushwacking, talus, and real rock on this well-rounded route. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED. The views are absolutely stunning on a clear day. Driving Instructions: I-90 east to Exit 52. Turn left under I-90 and take first left (but don't get onto west-bound I-90), and the drive to Denny Creek TH, about 1.5 mi. If you end up at Alpental you're in the wrong place!
