Wilderness First Aid for Teens and Youth Club Parents - Mountaineers Seattle Program Center

A Wilderness First Aid (WFA) course taught by RMI which is geared specifically for MAC teens and Pioneers/Explorers parents. Participants will earn First Aid / CPR & Wilderness First Aid certifications.

  • For Beginners (Getting Started Series)

Plan on meeting at The Mountaineers at 7:45am each day, ready to start promptly at 8am. 

To earn the badge, you must also attend the scenario night on November 7, 6-9pm

Wilderness First Aid is a national certification that Outdoor Educators and Guides renew every two years. This course is offered specifically for teenagers who spend time outdoors or want to pursue Outdoor Education.

Learn First Aid for: Hiking, Rock Climbing, Mountaineering, XC Skiing, Rafting, Snowshoeing, Camping, Kayaking
