Day Hike - Crystal Peak (Mount Rainier)
An 8 mile round trip hike with 3,100 feet of elevation gain. The trail is steep, with lots of switchbacks, leading to an old lookout site with views of Mount Rainier. This peak is #5 on the Mountaineers' Olympia Lookout Hiking Peaks and #41 on the Mountaineers' 100 Peaks at Mount Rainier N.P. lists.
