Wilderness First Aid Class - Meany Lodge

Earn your Wilderness First Aid certification during a weekend-long clinic at Meany Lodge. Stay overnight in the Lodge, and practice scenarios outside.

To earn certification, participants must be at Meany Lodge and ready for classes from 8am-6pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

Participants are encourage to carpool to Meany Lodge.

Participants are welcome to stay in the lodge overnight Friday night and Saturday night.  The Lodge  will be open by 7pm on Friday night, potentially earlier.

Food and cooking are to be determined.  The Meany Lodge kitchen will be open for use.  We may have a cook available to prepare hot meals for us.

Earn your Wilderness First Aid certification in a weekend-long clinic taught at Meany Lodge.
RMI will provide the instructors for this course.
Attendance on both Saturday and Sunday from 8am - 6pm is required to earn WFA certification.

Come with clothing prepared to be outside for long periods of time with relatively little movement as we practice First Aid skills in scenarios.

You are welcome to sleep in the bunks at Meany Lodge Friday Night and/or Saturday night.  Please bring sleeping bag and overnight sundries.

The kitchen at Meany will be open for use.  We are still determining if we will have a cook available to provide hot meals.
