Support Vantage fundraiser at Fremont's Nectar Lounge
The Washington Climbers Coalition (WCC) invites the outdoor community and its partners to a night of drinking, raffling, dancing and general tomfoolery on Wednesday, March 20, in Seattle. Proceeds from the event, to be held at Fremont's Nectar Lounge, will benefit the Vantage climbing area. The fun will begin at 7:30 pm.
The Mountaineers—joining the WCC, the American Alpine Club, Second Ascent and Access Fund as co-sponsors of the fundraiser—has served as a lead liaison to state agencies regarding improvements to the rock climbing area, a popular destination for Mountaineers and the general climbing community for many years.
Tickets Admission is $15 dollars in advance and $20 at the door—scoring guests a ticket for a complimentary beer (provided by Second Ascent) and some rocking to the sweet tunes of Buzz Brump and Airport Way. Advance tickets.
